The Quantum Excellence Centre, established under QEC4QEA, is designed as a multi-layered platform serving both Europe’s scientific and industrial communities. The Centre fosters the development of a competitive European quantum ecosystem by:

• Advancing the co-development of hybrid HPC–QC applications, unlocking new performance potentials for complex computational problems
• Stimulating future investments in Europe’s quantum technology sector
• Fostering cross-border knowledge transfer and capacity building in European countries
• Enabling advanced, real-world simulations such as logistics optimisation or financial crash prediction
